In today’s hectic and ever-changing work environment where we may concentrate on "getting the job done", it's easy to overlook the benefits of taking time to regularly discuss how we are doing and where your career is heading.
All our staff participate in regular performance discussions, which include focusing on their career and professional development. The performance planning and review (PPR) process provides an opportunity for staff and their supervisors to discuss job results and performance planning. Our learning and development programs link to the PPR process providing staff with a clear link between their development and the programs offered.
