CLE
Deacons strongly encourages and supports ongoing professional and academic development through weekly Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations, Business Unit presentations and attendance at external seminars and courses. Drawing upon the expertise of the Firm, we invite leaders in their fields to speak about and share their practical knowledge on current issues, reforms and developments in their practice or industry.
Further study
The firm encourages study for all staff and partners to assist them in their career development opportunities within the firm. The firm supports those undertaking further study by offering a Further Education Assistance policy which includes paid study-leave for approved courses.
Secondments
