Our corporate and commercial finance team acts for banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of transactions. Our lawyers have advised vendors, purchasers and financiers on finance provided to facilitate takeover and/or acquisition of corporate groups, public companies and listed trusts and acquisition of assets. Our recent experience in corporate lending includes acting on behalf of various banks and corporate groups in relation to significant loan facilities provided by institutions on a secured basis or negative pledge.
